Brad Kirby (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Travel Sage mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information from users of this App.

However, the App may request access to the following data or services on your device in order to function properly:

• Photos / Media / Files: To allow users to select and display photos within the App.
• Location (optional): To provide geolocation features if desired by the user.
• Internet Access: To enable data synchronization via Apple iCloud.

Any access to these features is strictly for functionality and never stored or transmitted by us. All data accessed through the App remains on your device or within your personal iCloud storage unless you expressly share content with another application user. We do not have access to this data and do not collect, process, or sell your information.

2. Third-Party Services

3. Data Security

We do not collect your data; however, we encourage you to take reasonable precautions to protect your device and iCloud account.

4. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and on our website (if applicable). Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
